We start with a no-pressure call. You tell me about your collection — what you have, where it lives, what you’re hoping to accomplish. No commitment, just clarity.
If we’re a good fit, I’ll come to you. Seeing a collection in person is the only way to truly understand its scope, condition, and needs.
I’ll analyze what I’ve seen and build a phased project plan — with transparent estimates for time, materials, and cost. No surprises.
Once you approve the plan, I get to work. I stay in close contact throughout, checking in at each phase. Your priorities drive every decision.
